The Anatomy of Fraud and Corruption looks at how whole organizations behave when fraudand corruption occur, rather than focusing on the individual perpetrator as most fraud and corruption literature does.

Drawing on real cases, the authors explore the organizational conditions that give rise to fraud and corruption and provide insights as to how emplyees may be trained and motivated to reduce the occurence and impact of fraudulent behavior.
